CALLE was inspired by the street games played throughout the world. In the alleyways, the parking lots, the dirt lots. After experiencing this first hand, the founders of CALLE felt the necessity to bring this style of play to the US, creating the calle (street soccer) movement. We love to tell people our story of how we discovered and fell in love with CALLE. Tell us your story of how you first experienced the game that is becoming known across the streets of America as calle.

What is the CALLE Movement?
Even though it was established in America, CALLE was born on the streets of countries all over the world. We followed our obsession and literally traveled and lived in cultures where soccer is life (Spain, Bolivia, Mexico, and Brazil just to name a few). Where kids play soccer everywhere they go- all the time.
We realized something during these years of observing and playing on the dirt, in the sand, and on the street... Our American friends were missing something huge. Created in July of 2006, the game of CALLE brought the field to your street, giving you a chance to build the skills that the rest of the world kept a secret for so long. We did something that has never been done before, and the result was a movement that has created a lifestyle.
The CALLE Movement encourages players to get out there and play whenever and wherever they can. To play the game in its most raw form. To develop the skills and embrace the passion that the rest of the world enjoys for the beautiful game.
Unite with your fellow soccer brethren and join the CALLE Movement.
